Global Critical Control Rooms Survey

The International Critical Control Rooms Alliance (ICCRA) in collaboration with IHS Markit, an industry research and business information firm, is pleased to launch the most comprehensive survey of critical control rooms globally.

Understanding the ‘state of the nation’ of the critical control rooms sector is vital to both our operator and commercial members in supporting the identification and sharing of key trends and best practice, driving innovation of products and practices, and shaping ICCRA’s agenda for events and projects. We are inviting organisations which operate critical control rooms in any sector to complete the survey.

The 40 question survey, which covers technology, operations, environmental factors, and people, should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The survey closes on Monday 30th October 2017. All participants will be offered 10% off their annual individual membership to ICCRA.
